About our Company
MX3 is a wholly black owned South African company registered in 2007 with an operational office in Bloemfontein and an intent to spread throughout the province, then nationally. We are a multidisciplinary engineering practice, with dedicated service and pride in our workmanship. Steady growth over the past year has made MX3 Construction and Engineering Works a highly respected black owned company in its field of operation.
MX3 provides civil, electrical works, project management and commissioning works in architectural design disciplines. We have 3 registered associate engineers from various professional institutions inside and outside the country - ranging from 12 to 14 years experience in their field of work.

The Mission
In support of this mission, MX3 is committed to:
- Ensuring that our clients remain our business partner in the implementation of mutually acceptable contracts. At the same time we allow our clients to be independent so that their specific needs are met or exceeded.
- Providing cost effective solutions.
- Endeavour to provide sound engineering solutions, so that the risk to our customer is minimized. Where our customers do not have a standard, MX3 will recommend SABS and other internationally accepted and proven standards.
- Maintaining access to our large network of specialist strategic partners, who can be called upon at short notice, thereby ensuring our client needs are met and unnecessary costs to the clinet are avoided.
- Supporting and furthering the objectives of the Reconstruction and Development program (RDP) by empowering the previously disadvantaged individuals through technical skills transfer and in support and adhering to the BATHO PELE Principles.
- Supporting and implementing affirmative action principles and providing an environment for achieving personal excellence and growth for all our employees.
- Providing mentorship to local SMME's by working with them in close partnership.
- Providing appropriate technologies, which will build a sound platform to boost the economy of the region and provide opportunities for employment.
- Understanding the shortage of skills in the region, the company would provide technical training to technical college and technikon students, including bursaries.
- Applying the quality management guidelines as laid down by the International Standards Organisation (ISO9000) and SABS
- Maintaining a dedicated and motivated work force.
